It translates complex technical processes into simple, guided steps, allowing users to confidently maintain their device. By centralizing these tools, it enables a seamless repair experience.

An integrated app that combines device diagnostics, step-by-step repair guides, and a parts marketplace in one platform. Users can identify issues, follow guided repairs, and purchase replacement or upgraded modules directly. The system also supports refurbished parts and returns, reinforcing a circular product lifecycle.
